The co-founder of Flipkart, Sachin Bansal is planning to acquire a Bengaluru-based microfinance firm, as informed by those connected to the matter. His plan is to buy maximum shares in the firm, and if the transactions turned to be successful, he might become the CEO of the firm as well. It is expected that he will acquire a 75% stake in Chaitanya Rural Intermediation Development Services. The deal will be finalized soon.
