Which is the best state for startups in India?

As per the DIPP, Gujarat is the best state for startups in India followed by Karnataka, Kerala, Odisha and Rajasthan. The rankings of states and Union Territories (UTs) for 2018 were based on the environment they’ve created for startups and promote entrepreneurs. DIPP which falls under the Commerce Ministry also announce that Maharashtra has the largest number of startups followed by Karnataka, Delhi, UP, Haryana and Gujarat.
