8.7 million child abuse image on Facebook: FB secret software

According to Facebook there secret software has found 8.7 million child abuse images on Facebook that the moderators have deleted. Facebook Global head of safety has said that the safety system is helping them to prioritize and to efficiently find disturbing contents. They also said that in case the child safety system makes mistakes the users can appeal. The company is planning to apply the technique on Instagram too.
