AI blocked DIY COVID19 mask posts, Facebook apologized for the mistake

An algorithm of Facebook’s Artificial Intelligence recently blocked content on DIY Coronavirus masks on the platform. The group of mask makers were trying to fill the gap in protective gear that has forced the healthcare professionals to use ski goggles and Halloween masks. Facebook has apologized for the error and said that they are working on their system to update it so that such mistakes don’t get repeated.
