Apple doubles RAM upgrade charges for 13-inch MacBook Pro

Apple has doubled up the price for upgrading RAM on its 13-inch MacBook Pro. In US, the price is $200 to upgrade to 16GB RAM from 8GB RAM that comes standard with MacBook Pro. In European Union countries the hike is from 125 euros to 250 euros, while in UK it has climbed to 200 pounds from 100 pounds. But there is no such price hike yet in India, although the revision in RAM upgrade price might soon be seen in India.
