Bengaluru-based doctor Hema Divakar was honoured with the 'Global Asian of the Year'award in Dubai recently for her yeomen services & contributions to the women's healthcare ecosystem in India. She received the award at the Asian Business & Social Forum 2019, conferred to those who stand out for vision, action & ingenuity & represent contemporary ideas to make a global impact. She also leads a healthcare initiative for women.
