A day after Chandrayaan 2 spacecraft finished its final moon orbit change on Sunday evening, "Vikram Lander Successfully separates from Chandrayaan 2 Orbiter. Following this, there will be two deorbit manoeuvres of the Vikram Lander to prepare for its landing in the south polar region of the moon. The Vikram lander will perform a soft-landing on the Moon's South Pole on September 7 at 1.30 AM - 2.30 AM.
