The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change has said that climate change has put the world's food supply at risk. Stable food production will get risked due to more extreme weather events. Besides, the drive to use more of the world's land to produce crops & lumber contributes to climate change by eliminating natural wetlands & reducing forests that seize greenhouse gases. The crop yield is already falling in some areas.
