Customer sued Apple for faulty iPhone, claims Rs 1,07,500 compensation

Deepak Kumar, a 25-years old Bengaluru based youth, is suing Apple in a consumer court after his iPhone X was found with undocumented damage. The court has asked the company to refund his money along with Rs5,000 for mental agony and another Rs5,000 for litigation costs. He bought the phone in early 2018 and found some abnormality with the speaker. He rushed to the iCenter, but nothing fruitful is yet to happen for him.
