Data of nearly 1000 North Korean defectors stolen

The data of total 997 North Korean defectors have been hacked by unknown hackers in South Korea. The hackers gained the access to a resettlement agency’s database, the South Korean unification ministry informed. The ministry said they got to know that the names, birth dates, and addresses of 997 defectors were stolen last week. Malicious software was planted in the computer through emails sent.
