Dell's vulnerability protection software is vulnerable itself

Dell’s SupportAssist software, a Windows toolkit designated to protect your computer from security vulnerabilities, has a new vulnerability of its own. So, running an older version of the software is no doubt a risk to your system. It’s also a threat to other laptop manufacturers that are, like Dell, using rebranded versions of the same Windows package as well. It includes a component called PC-Doctor Toolbox.
