Ex-Flipkart exec, Sandeep appointed as Truecaller MD for India operations

The former Flipkart executive, Sandeep Patil, has been appointed as the Managing Director for Truecaller's India operations on Wednesday. The appointment has come just before the app gets ready to launch its institutional lending business in the country. Patil has headed the consumer and commercial lending vertical at Flipkart until recently. India is Truecaller’s largest market, accounting for 60-70% of global revenue.
