Facebook claims US Immigration violated its policies by creating fake profiles

Facebook said that the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement had violated its policies by creating fake accounts on its platform tied to the University of Farmington, a false institution, to detain 90% of the Indians. A Facebook spokesperson said that just like everyone the Law Enforcement authorities are also required to use their real names on the profile. The university was created under a sting operation.
