Facebook India VP knocks SC's door against summons by Peace and Harmony committee

Ajit Mohan, the vice-President of Facebook's India operations has moved the Supreme Court against the summons to him by the committee probing Facebook’s role in inciting violence during the Delhi riots. Delhi Assembly's Peace and Harmony Committee which is probing Facebook's role in inciting violence sent a notice to Ajit Mohan, asking him to appear before it on September 23. This is the second notice to Mohan by the committee.
