Google Assistant now available on call in India

Google announced a phone number for its assistant in India at 'Google for India' annual event in New Delhi. Google Assistant now has got its own phone number in India, after which assistant will be available to people on the phone, and they won't need a smartphone or speaker to use it. Google has partnered with mobile carrier Vodafone-Idea to enable this feature. The company is testing the service in Lucknow and Kanpur.
