Google to launch digital payment service in India soon

If reports are to be believed, Google plans to launch a UPI based localized digital payment app called ‘Tez’ in India as early as next week. The new service will be launched on September 18 and may work like Google Wallet or Android Pay. However, Google is yet to comment on this reports. Facebook owned Whatsapp has also been in news to enter India’s growing mobile wallet market.
