Indian govt becomes 2nd to seek data of 20,805 users from Facebook

The Indian government has sought for the data of 20,805 users (including 861 emergency requests) in the July-December 2018 period from Facebook and has become the second nation after the US to request the data, and the giant provided data in 53% cases. Talking about the 2nd of the last year, the number of content restrictions based on local law raised globally by 135%, from 15,337 to 35,972.
