India not only has the largest user base for Facebook, but it also has the most number of cybersecurity researchers who received the biggest quantum of payouts for discovering vulnerabilities and data breaches. In the latest incident of Data breach, it was first detected by an Indian security expert. The bug bounty community from India has grown in size, keeping with the popularity of Facebook in the country.
