Instagram launched a new video-music remix feature called Instagram Reels to take on rival ByteDance's TikTok. It is currently made available only in Brazil. It's called Cenas there & currently available on both iOS & Android. To use this new feature Insta's Reels, users will have to find it in Insta Stories shutter modes tray next to Boomerang & Super-Zoom. The company has also added a new Top Reels section to its Explore tab.
