Nobel laureate Serge Haroche said that both failure and success are part of any scientific experiment and the scientists of Indian Space Research Institute (ISRO) will solve the problem with India's first moon lander. 75-years old Haroche said that he doesn't know the exact problem, but scientists are always equipped to learn from the failures. The best investment for a country to invest in the young minds, he added.
