Japan-based Cryptocurrency exchange, Coincheck Inc. has become a victim of hacking. An unidentified hacker robbed them of 523 million coins on 26th January. They earned 53.2 billion yen in ten months before the theft. However, even after the theft, they made a profit of 500 million yen. The owner expects that stringent new law would make earning profits difficult for crypto exchanges. Coincheck is owned by Monex.
