Major tech firms unite to combat cyber attacks

34 major technology giants, including Facebook, Avast, Nokia and Telefonica have signed a cybersecurity tech accord which states that such firms will unite in defending consumers from hacks, irrespective of the location or perpetrators. They also promised to spread out threats and not aid governments in launching such attacks. Apple, Twitter and Amazon, however, have not signed the accord as of yet.
