NASA orbiter fails to capture images of Vikram; says it may not be in the camera field of view

NASA said that the Vikram lander might not have been on board the camera's orbiter in the field of view."The Lunar Recognition Orbiter Camera got pictures around the targeted landing site, but the position of the lander was not known hence the lander may not be in the camera field of perspective," Joshua A Handal, government affairs officer, NASA, said. On Tuesday The LRO passed over Vikram's landing site.
