Operation Vanilla launched by Indian navy to provide help to disaster hit Madagascar

Indian Navy came up with Operation Vanilla in order to extend their support to the people of island of Madagascar post disaster. The navy official declared that Airavat, Indian navy ship which was en-route to Seychelles has been diverted to Madagascar for rendering assistance. The ship is carrying victualing, clothing and stores along with medicines. INS Airavat is an amphibious assault ship and will be reaching on 30th Jan.
