Pakistan’s intelligence services have deployed a surveillance technology generally used to track terrorists to instead locate coronavirus patients and those these patients come into contact with. The Imran Khan government has turned to the ISI for help in containing the virus which still is spreading at an alarming rate. Geo-fencing and phone-monitoring systems that ordinarily hunt high-value targets are being used.
