PM Modi gave Rs 30 lakh for the treatment of a girl Lalit suffering from aplastic anemia. Her father Sumer Singh wrote to PM Modi seeking help for his daughter's treatment. He said - he sold his land and his house is mortgaged. He spent Rs 7 lakh on her treatment already. he wished to die if she cannot be cured. Responding to his plea, Modi's office sanctioned the money from Prime Minister's National Relief Fund.
