Report: India 2nd most preferred target destination after the US in Cyber Attacks

The latest cybersecurity report revealed that India reported about 1.4 lakh account take over (ATO) login attempts every hour from people using stolen or generated username & password. Akamai recorded nearly 30 billion credential stuffing, breaches of databases, attacks in 2018. Botnets or all-in-one applications did majority of these attacks. The US saw more than 1200 crore ATOs while Canada saw 102.5 crore ATOs.
