Samsung is considered as one of the elite display manufacturers and its latest innovation is the Quantum Dot OLED (QD-OLED) panels. Samsung already utilizes Quantum Dot (QD) technology for its TVs whereas OLED panels are a staple in the tech giant’s mobile division for more than a decade. Now Samsung plans to merge the best of both display technologies into a single solution shifting its focus from LCD products.
