Scientists to use AI to discover new stars and secrets about the Galaxy’s origin

Scientists are combining new technologies to survey the map of the galaxy and to find out information of the origin of it. They are using machine learning and AI to revolutionize the understanding of the Galaxy. They have already analyzed data received from Gaia satellite about 4.1 million stars and the AI tool will scan the data to create a list of 2,226 stars that have the possibility of being protostars.
