Sprint Customers could see other customer's personal information

Sprint customers reported seeing other user's personal information like name and phone number due to a glitch. The sprint representative got several calls pertaining to this issue. Many contract & pre-paid customers complained about the data exposing the bug. It is still unclear whether the issue is widespread or for how long the account leak will persist? One of the customers said that the sprint account pages showed errors initially.
