Swatch defeats Apple over the catchy phrase "One More Thing"

Swatch, a Swiss watch company won yet another legal battle with Apple. Swatch used their trademarked phrase “One More Thing“ which Apple believed Steve Jobs regularly used in his notes. The case was dismissed stating Apple has never used the phrase in particular on any particular goods or services. Earlier in April, Apple lost a case against watchmaker on the same note for the phrase “Tick Different.”
