A few weeks ago Elon Musk announced about Tesla going private, but now on Friday in a statement, he said that he and the company’s board of directors have decided to not go private. The 6 BODs have personally assured that the matter is now closed and the committee formed to investigate taking the company private has also been dissolved. Now the company and the BODs will only focus on Tesla’s operational success.
