Twitter leads ShareChat in Series D funding round by raising around $100 million

Twitter has led the Indian Social Networking platform ShareChat Series D funding round. The popular microblogging site has raised around $100 million in the equity financing round. A few months ago, there were reports of discussion between Twitter and ShareChat about a $50 million investment. Bengaluru based ShareChat has been valued at around $600 - 650 million after the latest series D funding round.
