As a server of 'Rela', a Chinese lesbian dating app was not protected with a password, the data of over 5 million users got exposed. A security researcher, Victor Gevers, told about the exposed private data, which was found this week. It is being expected that the data was exposed since June 2018. The app was ordered to be removed in May 2017, which returned the next year. LGBT still faces discrimination in China.
