'Vikram' Chandrayaan-2's lander, landed and crashed on the Moon: ISRO sources

We now know what happened to Vikram, the lander. ISRO sources confirmed that Vikram had tumbled and crashed on the lunar surface, which resulted in the snapping of communication links with the orbiter. When the lander tumbles and faces the lunar surface, the communication link is lost. Besides, the rotation was so high that both Vikram and Pragyaan rover crashed. A soft landing is always a challenge.
