Visa rolls out its own National Common Mobility Card for India

Global payment platform Visa announced it had launched specifications to support the rollout of the NCMC by the government. NCMC is also known as 'One Nation, One Card,' can be used for payments across all transit segments including metro, bus, suburban railways, toll parking as well as retail payments. Visa contactless cards support next-gen account-based ticketing models that has been adopted by metros across the world.
