World's largest multi-purpose lift irrigation project inaugurated in Telangana

Built across Godavari river, world's largest multi-purpose and multi-stage irrigation project has been inaugurated by Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao. Governor E.S.L Narasimhan, Maharashtra chief minister Devendra Fadnavis and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy were also presented in the inauguration ceremony. After the ceremony, vedic pandits blessed the project and the ministers.
