Xiaomi is not a 'Communist Chinese Military Company', the US accepts

On January 14th, in the last week of Trump's presidency, the US announced the CCMC designation. Xiaomi has now been officially removed from the US's commercial blacklist and is not labelled as a "Communist Chinese military company," according to a final ruling given by the US District Court for the District of Columbia yesterday. This ruling would have banned Americans from investing in this Chinese consumer tech behemoth.
