Abu Dhabi to lock down with one-week travel ban

Abu Dhabi will cordon off UAE's capital along with imposing a travel ban between regions within the emirate for seven days from Tuesday to contain the spread of the novel coronavirus. The announcement means that residents of United Arab Emirates won’t be able to travel from the capital Abu Dhabi to the services hub of Dubai without a permit. The residents may move freely within their own regions between 6am and 10pm.
