Amid the coronavirus pandemic, budget air carrier IndiGo has launched a scheme that will allow a passenger to book two seats for himself or herself in order to ensure social distancing as the pandemic continues to spread. IndiGo will charge 25% more than the normal fares for the extra seat. The offer will come into effect from July 24, 2020. The airline said the offer can only be availed through its official website.
