The Canadian government is now going to ease restrictions for fully vaccinated international travellers. Travellers from outside Canada will be allowed to enter the country for non-essential purposes, like tourism, if they meet entry conditions. Fully vaccinated travellers will not have to quarantine for 14 days upon the arrival. They will also have to show a Covid-19 negative report not more than 72 hours old upon arrival.
