Centre in discussions with Kuwait on bilateral air bubble; Hong Kong not allowing flights from India

According to the central government, Hong Kong is not allowing flights from India amid the coronavirus outbreak. The Civil Aviation Ministry said that it is in discussions with the Kuwait government to establish a bilateral air bubble. The Indian government has already formed bilateral air bubbles with countries such as the UAE, the US, Germany and France. International flight operations remain suspended in India since March 23.
