Chicago apart from being famous for criminal cases has been ranked the best city in the world in the global index by the British culture and entertainment magazine Time Out, based on food, friendliness, affordability, happiness and liveability. It is followed by Porto, New York, Melbourne, and London. The survey was taken from 15,000 people in 32 cities, from Mexico City to Bangkok in which Chicago was above average.
