No doubt, Kolkata’s renowned mountaineer Satyarup Siddhanta has made history. Adding to the bag of victories he successfully touched the highest peak of Antarctica, Mount Sidney at 6:28 IST, as informed by his inReach Satellite Communicator. He has become the youngest man in the world to have climbed 7 highest peaks and 7 volcanic summits across the world. The temperature there was -40 degree Celsius.
