Delhi HC prevents Narash Goyal from travelling overseas, MCA terms it as financial fraud

Siding with the government, the Delhi High Court has grounded Jet Airways founder Naresh Goyal even as the counsel for the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has pegged a financial fraud of Rs.18,000 crore. After an inspection by the MCA, which found large scale irregularities at Jet Airways. Goyal and his wife Anita were stopped from leaving the country in May. Goyal is granted leave if he is willing to give Rs.18,000 crore.
