Delhi's IGI Airport transforms into single-use plastic-free airport

GMR-led Delhi International Airport Ltd (DIAL) has declared that Delhi's IGI Airport became single-use plastic-free airport. DIAL has received a certificate from The Confederation of Indian Industry-ITC Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Development (CII-ITC CESD). DIAL Chief Executive Officer Videh Kumar Jaipuriar stated that this move has been initiated and fulfilled following the PM's vision of Clean India initiative.
