France completely banned use of smartphone in cars

The number of road deaths has increased drastically in France due to crazy driving and now the authorities are going after the drivers who text or call. Even when you’ve pulled over to the side of the road, you won’t be able to talk or text as that will be banned too from now on. You are only allowed to call or text if there has been an accident, according to the new rule.
