The world's highest battlefield, Siachen glacier, which is known for its spine chilling climate and extremely challenging terrain has now been opened for the tourists. The Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh shared the news during the inauguration of Colonel Chewang Rinchen Bridge at Shyok River in Ladakh. Rajnath said that Ladakh has tremendous potential for tourism and it requires better connectivity.
