Indian railways takes the fight with Coronavirus head-on

The Indian Railways is the means of transport for millions of Indians and the impact Coronavirus outbreak can have on it is unfathomable. Thus, to prevent the outbreak, the railways has removed curtains, blankets and other items from AC coaches. Platform ticket's price has been increased from Rs.10 to Rs.50 to avoid crowd. Passengers travelling on unreserved tickets on trains will get tickets from TTEs and won't stand in queues.
