Most Indian Flyers Complain of Harassment by Airline Staff

The topmost complaints lodged by air passengers in the Civil Aviation Ministry's grievance redressal system is the behaviour of the airline staff & harassment of flyers; the 2nd is the loss of baggage & the 3rd category is of ticketing/fare/refund. The CPGRAM is an online program established to effectively monitor the grievances & Ministry will have to ensure that the airlines take necessary actions to resolve the grievances.
